The regenerator bars should be skewed, their spacing should conform to the design dimensions, the error should exceed ±lmm. The elevation error of the top surface of the grate bar should exceed ±1mm. The top surface of the grate bar leveling brick should be at the same level. The error between the actual centerline of each small furnace regenerator masonry the designed centerline should exceed 3mm.
Regenerator bricks small furnace bricks, except for the top bottom, must be processed if the required accuracy is met. In addition to the inside outside of the small furnace side wall bricks of fused cast bricks, they must be processed if they cannot meet the required accuracy. In addition to the upper surface, the small furnace bottom bricks of fused cast bricks must be processed if the required precision is reached. For the above processing accuracy requirements, the size error should exceed ±0.5mm, the flatness error should exceed 0.5mm.
The vertical error of the grid body of the regenerator should exceed 5mm, the flatness error of the upper surface of the grid body should exceed 5mm. The upper lower grid holes should be vertical. The horizontal observation hole the horizontal grid hole should be aligned.
The distance between the wall of the regenerator the edge bricks of the lattice body is allowed to be 0~5mm. The expansion joints of the small furnace wall shall be made oblique openings, the expansion joints of the small furnace wall shall be made of hidden joints. When the inclined chute of the small furnace is built, measures should be taken to prevent sliding before the frame is tightened.
